心力衰竭的能量代谢重构及其治疗

摘要
在心力衰竭发生发展的过程中,肥厚和衰竭的心肌往往发生了能量和底物代谢的改变,并直接或间接地促进了心肌重构的发展,即心肌的能量"代谢重构"。针对这一靶点,通过哌克昔林、曲美他嗪、左卡尼汀等药物抑制游离脂肪酸的摄取、β-氧化或直接促进葡萄糖代谢,均可能进一步优化心肌的能量底物代谢,更好地保存或改善心肌功能,延缓心力衰竭的进展。
