摘要：

联合投资是风险投资家广泛采用的一种投资方式,但由于风险投资家进行联合投资的动机和目的较为复杂,而且实证数据难以获得,因此国内外学者对风险投资中的联合投资问题的研究较少。在对风险投资中的联合投资问题研究文献进行综述的基础上,对联合投资的动因、原则和作用作了一些定性的归纳,联合投资的主要动因为决策共享及优势互补等方面。
