摘要
战略共识(strategy consensus)历来是战略管理理论研究的一个热点问题。但是,学术界一直未能就战略共识的内涵、结构维度及其前因和结果等问题达成基本共识。本文力图通过文献回顾和理论检讨,理清战略共识理论研究的发展脉络,重点讨论战略共识的内涵、结构维度和测量以及战略共识的形成及与企业绩效的关系等问题,最后对未来研究的发展趋势进行简要展望。
