企业内向型开放式创新对根本性创新绩效的影响

摘要：

基于华南地区317家企业的问卷调查,探讨企业内向型开放式创新对根本性创新绩效的影响,以及决策中心性与知识产权保护在内向型开放式创新对根本性创新绩效影响间的双重调节作用。研究表明,内向型开放式创新、知识产权保护对根本性创新绩效均有显著的正向影响;决策中心性会正向强化内向型开放式创新对根本性创新绩效的影响;知识产权保护、决策中心性与内向型开放式创新对根本性创新绩效的三阶交互效应正向影响显著,即当知识产权保护机制更为健全时,决策中心性在内向型开放式创新对根本性创新绩效影响中的正向调节作用会被显著增强。
