摘要：

二次大战结束后 ,随着世界经济的复苏和高速发展 ,经济发展的不平衡性和贫富差距的扩大 ,使得各国政府对改善社会福利、提高社会公平越来越重视。健康作为人类生存的基本需求 ,其公平性问题也日益突出 ,受到了各国政府和研究人员的重视 ,70年代中期以来 ,卫生保健和健康公平性从理论和实践两方面均有了较大的发展。本文通过文献复习 ,对卫生保健和健康公平性的理论研究进展进行了综述。
