摘要：

“溢出”是近年来被广泛研究的一个课题，但现有研究主要限于国际间和部门间的创新溢出。本文在企业层面上研究技术的租金溢出与纯知识溢出，刻画了这两种不同类型溢出之间的本质区别。结果表明，纯知识溢出存在时滞性。在此基础上，作者构建了包括溢出时滞和知识退化在内的纯知识溢出模型。
