曲美他嗪在心血管疾病中的临床应用进展

摘要
曲美他嗪作为一种新型的抗心绞痛药物,通过抑制脂肪酸氧化、增加葡萄糖的利用,从而改善心肌细胞的能量代谢,具有保护心肌作用,且不影响血流动力学,临床应用日益广泛。本文就曲美他嗪在心血管疾病中的临床应用予以综述。
