负压封闭促进猪创面肉芽组织的生长

摘要
目的 :观察负压封闭对猪创面肉芽组织生长的影响 .方法 :选用 5头雄性小家猪 ,每头猪的背部各形成直径为4cm的全层皮肤缺损创面 .实验组采用连续 1 6kPa负压治疗 ,对照组采用常规纱布换药 .结果 :负压治疗组创面肉芽组织生长速度较对照组快 5 2 % .结论 :1 6kPa负压可以显著促进创面肉芽组织生长
