摘要：

企业集群已成为企业合作的主要模式,集群的关键是要实现知识的转移,尤其是隐性知识的转移。本文提出了基于企业集群的知识转移三阶段博弈模型,分析了企业集群中隐性知识转移与企业之间距离的关系,探讨了互补性知识对隐性知识转移的影响。
