药物透皮吸收促进剂及其联合应用

摘要：

本文介绍了国内外几种透皮吸收促进剂，并综述了透皮吸收促进剂单独或联合应用对药物透皮的影响及其意义。透皮吸收促进剂按理化性质分为两大类：极性类和非极性类；按作用机理分为3类；亲脂性溶媒类、表面活性剂类和二组分系统类。在几种常见的透皮吸收促进剂中，油酸、亚油酸可用于亲水和亲脂性药物。除了这些常见的透皮吸收促进剂，近年来人们又发现了一些新的透皮吸收促进剂，如N，N-二甲氨基异丙酸十二烷酯和N，N-二甲氨基乙酸十二烷酯。透皮吸收促进剂单独使用有时效果不佳，故经常联合使用，一般由一种亲水性分子和一种亲油性分子共同组成。
