摘要：

基于安徽省2009年规模以上工业企业研发数据,运用回归分析方法研究影响企业创新的主要因素。结果表明:企业创新与市场需求呈显著的正向关系,与市场竞争程度呈U型曲线关系,同时受到资金约束强度的影响。
