摘要：

议价问题与市场经济之间具有现实与本质的联系，而传统经济学对其研究却十分薄弱。现代博弈理论和实验经济学的兴起，大大推进了这一领域尤其是其行为层面的研究，并使这方面的研究在现代经济学中极具前沿性和有突破价值。本文在探究议价内涵以及剖析方法论的基础上，对该方面的合作博弈、非合作博弈理论及实验研究等作出相对系统、深入的阐述，并进行相关思考。
