国有企业供应链商业模式创新路径研究——以宝山钢铁股份有限公司为例

摘要
基于资源行动视角,通过对宝山钢铁股份有限公司的供应链商业模式创新路径进行纵向案例研究,探讨国有企业在资源相对充沛的情境下,如何通过战略导向指导资源配置和行动模式,进而揭示出国有企业供应链商业模式的创新路径及形成机理。研究发现:在资源充沛的情境下,国有企业供应链商业模式的创新路径会经历"市场需求型供应链商业模式→技术创新型供应链商业模式→协同服务型供应链商业模式"三个阶段的发展;在各个发展阶段,国有企业通过战略导向能够有效推动资源行动策略重点的适应性调整,实现资源行动策略从"简单配置"的资源拼凑、"聚焦突破"的资源编排到"深化拓展"的资源协奏的演变,最终实现供应链商业模式的创新演进过程。
