摘要：

为探究抗逆力对工作投入的影响及作用机制,选取北京、深圳两地8家单位456人进行问卷调查。通过相关分析和结构方程分析,结果发现,抗逆力对工作投入有显著正向预测作用;积极应对和积极情绪在抗逆力与工作投入的关系中有部分中介作用。
