摘要：
In this paper,using the DEA models of C2R and C2GS2,we analyzed the relative efficiency of the input-output of patent of 30 provinces or citices of our country in 2000 and 2003.The existing problems and changes happened between the two years are find out and some advices are given based on the further analysis on the factors which cause the input-output are not at DEA-efficiency.
