摘要
脑卒中是当今世界导致人类死亡和致残的主要疾病之一,其病理生理过程十分复杂。血脑屏障(BBB)是位于脑组织和脑血管之间的一个复杂结构,严密控制着血管两侧的物质交换,从而维持中枢神经系统内环境的相对稳定。脑缺血/再灌注损伤时,多种介质(如基质金属蛋白酶、水通道蛋白等)参与破坏BBB的结构及功能,导致脑水肿、出血转化,加重神经损伤。
