农民工权能感的影响因素分析

摘要：

基于2012年外出务工人员调查数据,本文探讨了影响农民工权能感的因素及增强权能的途径。统计分析发现:农民工权能感较差,其中人际权能感尤为突出;显著影响权能感的因素有,个体的性别和经济状况、压力-去权维度中的工作压力、支持-增权维度中的环境公平和对同事、家庭、朋友、市民以及制度的资源动员能力;不同压力状态下农民工增强权能途径有所差异,在高压力群体中对宏观环境的创新与改革需求凸显,而在低压力中工作场景中管理公平的作用明显。因此,消减压力、构建公平公正的权力关系、加强资源动员能力,是增强农民工权能感的有效途径。
