如何在联盟组合中管理地位与结构洞?——MOA模型的视角

摘要：

在联盟组合中,企业如何同时管理自身的地位和占据的结构洞?由于现存的研究对企业如何权衡地位和结构洞之间的关系存在争论,本文借鉴动机—机会—能力(MOA)模型,提出高地位的企业有更好的机会和能力建构网络中的结构洞,但在一定条件下可能缺少这样做的动机。通过研究在企业水平、联盟组合水平、行业水平的动机因素,本文发现当高地位企业拥有丰富的企业特异性知识资源以及伙伴的技术多元化程度较高时,它们自我中心网络中的结构洞会相对减少。这项研究阐明了影响地位和结构洞之间关系的边界条件,对企业管理联盟组合的策略有一定的指导意义。
