制度企业家在可再生能源产业发展中的作用探析

摘要：

针对组织管理中"行动者嵌入"的悖论以及一些制度变革研究者关注于产业层面的变革而忽视转型经济中广泛的制度变革问题,从制度企业家的视角对转型期西部企业发展新能源产业的利基战略进行了探讨,指出西部企业通过发展可再生能源产业这一新兴领域将可能开启区域发展的新路径。置身于深刻的制度变革即西部大开发背景下的制度企业家,将能起到"路径定义"的作用,撬动可再生能源产业这一巨大市场利基,促进区域经济与环境的协调发展。
