摘要：

为了从理论上探讨中国制造业对外直接投资对国内就业的影响,以技术获取型对外直接投资为例,通过构建一个中间品生产部门可连续分割的国际分工模型,运用广义最小二乘法对中国制造业细分行业的对外直接投资与就业数据进行回归分析。结果发现:中国技术获取型对外直接投资既有促进就业的"规模"效应,也有抑制就业的"迁移"效应,且在资本供给弹性足够大的行业"规模"效应将超过"迁移"效应。
