摘要：

跨国企业①(MNE)作为实施国际化战略的全球生产经营体系,是一种在不同国家实施有效管理与控制的经济组织形式。MNE的跨国经营势必会产生各种问题,而有效的公司治理是MNE跨国经营的制度保证。本文从"由外及内"、"由内向外"和"内外结合"三个不同的视角,对现有的MNE公司治理研究文献进行回顾,得出了跨国经营与公司治理互动关系的研究结论,并对未来的研究进行了展望。
