<正>神经生化检测在脑卒中的作用已越来越受到重视,人们期望寻找到类似对心肌梗死患者检测心肌肌钙蛋白(cardiactroponinⅠ,cTnⅠ)一样的生化指标来帮助早期诊断脑卒中,并希望通过检测生化指标来判断脑卒中的病理生理过程,对疗效、疾病的转归和预后进行评估,以及用来评价脑卒中复发,通过生化指标更加全面地了解和帮助处理脑卒中。因此,
