摘要：

企业投资行为会受到决策者认知与行为偏差的影响。作为公司投资决策的制定者,CEO的个人特质会直接影响其做出的各项投资决策。随着行为金融学理论的不断发展,基于CEO个人特质对企业投资行为的影响效应研究逐渐成为学术界研究的热点话题。文章就该领域的规范与实证研究,对CEO人口特征、治理特征、心理特征视角下企业投资行为的相关文献进行了回顾与述评,并据此对CEO个人特质与企业投资行为研究的前沿性问题进行了理性展望和分析,希望能为进一步打开CEO投资决策的黑箱有所贡献。
