摘要
虚拟装配是虚拟现实技术在制造业的典型应用。从虚拟装配环境、虚拟装配关键技术、虚拟装配应用系统三个方面对虚拟装配技术的研究状况进行了分析和综述。探讨了现有虚拟装配环境系统的不足,研究了两种考虑人体活动的新型虚拟装配环境系统。总结了虚拟装配各关键技术的研究和应用概况,重点分析了虚拟环境下的装配建模、约束定位、工艺规划、人机因素等技术研究状况,指出了目前面临的主要问题。最后介绍了几种最近几年出现的典型虚拟装配应用系统,并指出了将来的发展方向。
