超额现金持有与企业价值的关系探析——基于代理成本的视角

摘要：

笔者基于代理成本的视角,通过样本分类回归、对比检验的方法,研究上市公司超额现金持有与企业绩效以及价值的相关关系。研究结果发现,超额现金持有与企业价值的关系因为代理成本的高低而出现不同的结果,当代理成本较高时,超额现金持有与企业价值负相关;当代理成本较低时,超额现金持有与企业价值正相关。不过,当现金持有量不足正常值时,两者相关关系不显著。
