创新开放度对企业创新绩效影响的实证研究

摘要：

本文以山东、江苏、福建、四川、陕西五省的主要经济开发区内的400家企业为研究对象,对创新开放度、吸收能力、创新独占性、创新绩效之间的关系及影响机理进行深入分析。实证研究结果表明:创新开放的广度与深度对吸收能力、开放式创新绩效均有正向影响;吸收能力在创新开放度与开放式创新绩效中有部分中介作用;创新独占性对吸收能力与开放式创新绩效的影响有正向调节作用。
