作为全球价值链的主要治理模式之一的模块生产网络,在其价值链环节中存在许多的结点,结点之间的联系是通过明示的知识信息连接在一起的,而结点内部是通过隐性知识组织生产的,这样,模块生产网络具有许多优越性,使得它日益成为各个国家和企业关注的焦点。
