摘要：

次贷危机爆发后,与欧美等国加强金融管制不同,日本金融改革延续了自由化和综合经营的发展方向,并加快了金融监管改革的步伐。日本希望通过实施以"增强金融市场竞争力"和"改进金融监管"为主要内容的一系列举措,使日本金融监管更为高效、透明、一致,使日本金融市场在次贷危机后成为全球最重要和最有吸引力的国际金融中心之一。研究当前日本金融监管改革,对深化我国金融改革具有重要的借鉴意义。
