摘要：

网络能力对于新企业克服资源约束,取得竞争优势具有重要作用。但网络能力研究仍处于起步阶段,网络能力的内涵、构成和测量需进一步界定和规范,网络能力的影响因素和作用需进一步深入研究。本文融合网络能力的资质观和行为观,结合中国转型经济特征,提出新企业网络能力是在网络导向驱动下,利用关系技巧和协作技巧进行的一系列网络构建和网络管理活动。将网络能力划分为网络导向、网络构建和网络管理三个维度,提出网络能力的量表,对329家新企业数据进行因子分析,验证量表的可靠性。最后构建以网络能力评价、网络能力的前因变量及网络能力作用为三维的网络能力理论研究框架。
