摘要
<正>脑组织缺血、缺氧是创伤性脑损伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)最常见的继发性损害,直接影响患者的预后。血管再生是创伤及缺血组织的病理生理反应,由血管再生因子和血管再生抑制因子共同参与调控。血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)是一种多功能糖蛋白,是主要的促血管生成因子。迄今发现,内皮抑素(endostatin,ES)是一种特异性作用最强的血管形成抑制剂。现将VEGF和ES对血管生成的作用研究进展作一综述。
