摘要：

在开放式创新背景下,很多企业开始寻求伙伴开展跨行业合作。对企业如何选择异质行业合作者及合作方式进行探讨,并就与异质行业领先企业的合作展开研究。选取西子联合集团为案例,深入剖析其发展过程中与世界500强等大企业合作的成功经验,为企业与异质行业领先企业开展合作提供借鉴。
