摘要：

目的 :探讨对流式细胞仪检测血小板表面膜蛋白中可能出现的问题。方法 :试管中加入抗血小板表面膜蛋白相应抗体及富血小板血浆 (PlateletRichPlasma ,PRP)孵育洗涤后上机测定。结果 :血小板表面膜蛋白测定受样品采集、抗凝剂选择、试剂种类、正确设计及图像分析等因素的影响。结论 :为保证测定结果的准确性 ,应尽快按质控要求完善保证措施 ,建立本单位参考值 ,开展室内质控
