企业家导向与创新选择:企业能力的中介作用

摘要：

企业家导向对企业创新方式选择有重要影响,但是很少有对企业家导向、探索与应用能力、创新方式选择进行整合研究。本文将它们整合在一个框架下,分析探索能力和应用能力如何影响企业家导向对突变创新(渐进创新)的选择。结果表明,企业家导向对创新方式的影响是通过不同的能力作为中介实现的:在探索能力和应用能力分别为主导的两种不同情境下,探索能力都中介了企业家导向对突变创新的影响;然而,在探索能力为主导的情景下,企业家导向对渐进创新的作用是通过应用能力和探索能力的交互作用为中介的;在应用能力为主导的情境下,探索能力和应用能力共同作为企业家导向对渐进创新的中介变量。
