摘要：

在过去的四十多年中,作为一套完整和独立的研究方法论,扎根理论在社会科学中被广泛应用于诸多研究领域。但是,基于世界各地的研究者对扎根理论的原始版本缺乏了解和掌握,所以往往用作定性数据分析的方法、而非研究方法论。本文在介绍和解释扎根理论研究方法论的不同版本及和其他方法论之比较的基础上。主要介绍原始版本的扎根理论之要素、研究程序和评判标准。本文的目的在于强调任何社会科学研究所应当遵从的"相关性"和"严谨性"及"研究方法论本身所隐含的学术态度和导向"。
