基于QFD的移动图书馆用户需求评估研究

摘要
首先,综合访谈法和文献分析法,研究并设计移动图书馆用户需求的评估指标体系;然后,以南京大学全体师生为研究对象,对各个指标的重要性和满意度进行问卷调查,并以独立配点法对重要性和满意度进行加权评分计算;最后,在QFD理论指导下,采用质量屋形式,通过小组讨论挖掘质量技术特性,综合考虑质量特性的相对权重和技术难度,确定用户关注度较高的需求项,从而寻求到提升移动图书馆服务质量及用户满意度的快捷通道。
