超级竞争行业组织变革的挑战:文献综述

摘要
超级竞争意味着企业处于一种动态的和不可预期的环境中,这种环境要求企业具有灵活性、革新性和创造性以快速适应不断变化的竞争规则。因此,组织需要持续地变革。在这种残酷的环境下,组织变革管理既是应对超级竞争的关键,同时也是制约因素。本文以创造组织必需的灵活性的手段,即项目为重点,回顾了超级竞争环境下组织变革的有关文献。因此,挑战来自于如何兼顾组织变革和技术变革设计和实施方式的灵活性与组织长期持续发展的要求。组织应该培养一种极强的动态能力,这是解决能力和结构性挑战之间矛盾问题的核心。作者认为,在超级竞争行业,组织的各个方面都必须与能力匹配,以成功地推进应急变革的产生。
