帕罗西汀联合血府逐瘀口服液治疗卒中后抑郁的临床分析

摘要：

目的观察帕罗西汀联合血府逐瘀口服液治疗卒中后抑郁的疗效。方法选择2009年8月～2011年1月在泰安市中心医院门诊就诊及住院的卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者117例。均符合卒中后抑郁的诊断标准。采用随机分配方法将患者分为帕罗西汀组、血府逐瘀口服液组、帕罗西汀联合血府逐瘀口服液组,每组各39例。疗程均为8周。分别于治疗前和治疗后第2、4、6、8周末采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表评定疗效。结果治疗8周后,帕罗西汀联合血府逐瘀口服液组患者的治疗有效率[(痊愈+显效+有效)/例数]高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗第2、4、6、8周末,三组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。帕罗西汀联合血府逐瘀口服液组在服药后6～8周疗效优于帕罗西汀组和血府逐瘀口服液组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论帕罗西汀联合血府逐瘀口服液治疗卒中后抑郁起效快、疗效好、安全性高,值得临床推广。
