应该规范进展性卒中的定义

摘要：

关于进展性卒中(progressive stroke,PS)的概念及定义尚未达成统一认识,迫切需要进行规范。我国五年制第5版教材关于进展性卒中的描述为:缺血性卒中发病后神经功能缺失症状较轻微,但呈渐进性加重,在48 h内仍不断进展,直至出现较严重的神经功能缺失。八年制教材采用的定义为:根据起病形式和病程将脑梗死分为完全性和进展性;进展性指病情逐渐进展,可持续6 h至数天。
