摘要：

本文从时间性角度考察组织对环境的适应问题,并以此拓展组织适应理论。具有时间性是组织及其环境的内在特征。本文基于文献梳理,介绍了组织及其环境的时间性,阐述了组织的时间适应概念,并具体分析了组织的时间适应战略,最后对未来研究方向进行了展望。
