摘要：

平台生态系统是一种以平台为核心的企业间组织形式,涉及平台所有者、需求方以及供给方三个主体。平台分为三类,即需求侧主导的社区型平台,供给侧主导的创新型平台,供需匹配主导的交易型平台。相比其他组织形式,平台生态系统的价值共创具有如下特点:需求方在价值共创中扮演了重要的角色;价值共创具有更大范围与更深程度的合作;互补性是平台生态系统价值共创的基础;平台生态系统的价值共创依赖架构设计与平台治理的协调。
