创业导向对企业突破性创新的影响研究:互补资产的调节作用

摘要：

以641家制造业样本企业为研究对象,探讨创业导向与突破性创新之间的关系,以及互补资产的调节作用。研究发现:创业导向及其创新性、前瞻性和风险承担性三个构成维度均正向影响突破性创新;通用性互补资产和专有性互补资产均正向影响突破性创新,并且专有性互补资产正向调节创业导向与突破性创新之间的关系。
