摘要：

针对SWOT因素关联量化优先级以及最优战略方案排序问题,提出基于ANP-TOPSIS的企业战略SWOT决策方法。该方法在企业战略SWOT定性分析的基础上应用ANP方法分析SWOT因素之间的潜在相互关联关系,以及通过量化确定各因素和子因素指标的优先权重值,并利用TOPSIS方法来确定各策略方案的最优排序。最后以某物流企业制定战略为例验证该方法的科学性和有效性。
