摘要：

从科斯提出“什么决定企业的边界”这一企业理论的经典问题以来 ,现代主流企业理论对企业在市场经济中的经济角色有六种代表性认识 ,它们是 :企业作为监督团队投入的机制 ,企业作为打破预算平衡的机制 ,企业作为保护专用性投资的机制 ,企业作为内部化合约外部性的机制 ,企业作为维持关系性合约的机制和企业作为声誉的载体。在此基础上 ,本文对从个人资产所有到企业资产所有、市场与企业的关系 ,以及企业边界的模糊性等有关企业的经济角色研究的部分理论前沿问题加以讨论。
