<正>目前,人的S100家族成员已经确定的有25个,分别是S100A1～18、毛透明蛋白、角质纤丝聚集蛋白、repetin、S100B、S100P、S100Z和S100G。S100家族在表达上具有细胞与组织的特异性,与心血管、神经退行性变、炎症和肿瘤等多种疾病相关。1 S100的结构与功能S100蛋白是EF手型蛋白超家族中最大的成员,具有2个EF手型结构,两侧为疏水区,中间为铰链区,组成4个
