游离脂肪酸对血管内皮细胞影响的研究进展

摘要
游离脂肪酸(FFAs)升高是胰岛素抵抗的突出特点,血中明显升高的FFAs可导致血管内皮细胞功能损伤。其发生的机制可能与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)诱导的致细胞凋亡的蛋白过度表达、内皮细胞一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性改变和细胞因子刺激内皮细胞神经酰胺的产生有关。花生四烯酸作为多不饱和脂肪酸成分之一,其代谢产物对细胞有保护作用。
