摘要：

卒中相关性肺炎(SAP)是卒中患者病情恶化和死亡的主要原因之一,其发生和发展与卒中患者的基础状态、卒中部位、严重程度、全身和呼吸系统局部免疫功能下降以及不恰当的治疗等因素有关。细菌定植、误吸和机体抵抗力减弱是SAP发病机制中的重要环节。
