摘要：

颠覆性创新对在位企业和新入企业的发展至关重要,相关的理论研究对于实践具有很强的指导意义,特别是对发展中国家的企业。目前,颠覆性创新研究主要集中在颠覆性创新的概念、机理、特点,颠覆性创新理论的预测力,颠覆性创新的影响因素及路径选择等方面。本文从以上几个方面对有关颠覆性创新的研究成果进行了述评,并指出了未来的研究方向。
