基于制造业与物流业联动分析的物流产业划分

摘要：

因为"物流产业"具有较大的非均质性与复合型特点,所以在研究与推动制造业与物流业联动时,需要划分物流产业。根据物流业的投入、物流业与制造业联动的机理与作用、联动对制造业的贡献等,可以划分出"传统"与"高端"物流。"传统物流"主要通过投入物流资产与运作性劳动力,利用规模经济降低运输、仓储等物流环节成本,通过专业化提高物流环节的运作效率。而"高端物流"主要运用系统优化或"背反"原理,整合与优化制造业的物流与供应链,降低制造业物流与供应链的总成本,同时通过创新物流与供应链方案、IT技术应用、双边关系与管理,创造新的价值。我国"传统"物流与制造业联动推进的关键是促进物流环节服务市场的公平竞争。"高端物流"对制造业升级与促进的作用更大,关键的促进因素是提升物流企业创新能力。
