摘要：

步行功能的控制由皮质和皮质下组织产生的脊髓上神经信息,以及位于脊髓的中枢模式发生器和腿部皮肤、肌肉及足部输入的本体感觉反馈共同组成。本文运用Bobath的基本理念,对1例左侧偏瘫患者的病例进行分析,探讨脑卒中患者步行功能训练的方法,并对在临床操作中评定和设定训练计划时出现的问题进行讨论。
