摘要
针对当前食品追溯系统由于技术标准不统一,信息不透明、易篡改,中心化及信息孤岛严重,追溯系统建设效果不理想这一缺陷,通过探讨食品追溯关键标准与技术,建立了物联网加区块链的食品安全追溯系统架构,设计了食品追溯流程,并采用联盟链模式和超级账本区块链开发平台,实现了一个食品安全追溯原型系统。结果表明,物联网加区块链的技术方案可以提高食品供应链效率和透明度,重建消费者对食品行业的信心。
